Vinyasa and Nidra

Fluid. Restorative.

Vinyasa is an invitation to push your limits, discover an inner source of energy, and experience a profound connection between body, mind, and breath.

This class combines the fluidity and harmony of movement with the breath, synchronizing each posture with inhalation and exhalation. With a primary focus on mobility, it aims to strengthen and increase flexibility throughout the body. At the end of the session, 10 to 15 minutes are dedicated to Nidra, a deep relaxation technique that employs rotations of consciousness.

Each session emphasizes the importance of proper alignment, mindful breathing, and the integration of yogic relaxation. Through this practice, you’ll develop greater physical and mental discipline, empowering you to face challenges with a more positive and centered attitude.

Ashtanga

Structured. Intense.

Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic practice based on a fixed sequence of postures that, through daily repetition, becomes a moving meditation. This practice builds physical strength, improves flexibility, and enhances focus.

The repetitive nature of Ashtanga Yoga allows practitioners to become familiar with each posture, facilitating the refinement of alignment and a deep focus on the breath—key elements for advancing in the practice. Over time, the sequence evolves into a routine that challenges both the body and mind, fostering greater self-discipline.

Jivamukti

Spiritual. Energizing.

Jivamukti Yoga is a dynamic practice that goes beyond physical exercise, integrating spiritual and philosophical elements into a deeply enriching experience. This fluid and energetic practice combines vigorous asanas with mantra chanting and pranayama (breathing exercises), creating a harmonious flow that connects body, mind, and spirit.

The focus of Jivamukti Yoga is both physical and spiritual, offering a pathway to self-awareness and personal transformation. It invites reflection, personal growth, and a connection to something greater than oneself, all while building physical strength and improving overall health. The practice centers around the “five principles”: ahimsa (non-violence), bhakti (devotion), nada (sound), dhyana (meditation), and shastra (study of sacred texts).

Ideal for those seeking a practice that is both challenging and meaningful, Jivamukti Yoga provides an opportunity to explore the deeper dimensions of yoga. This unique practice will take you on a journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth, guiding you toward a more fulfilled and mindful life.

Yin Yang Vinyasa

Revitalizing. Holistic.

This Vinyasa style uniquely combines yin and yang energies to create a balanced and profound practice. Through this fusion, the class aims to foster a deep connection with the body while progressively and safely challenging boundaries.

The class integrates dynamic and flowing movements (yang) with moments of stillness and surrender (yin), promoting both strength and flexibility as well as calm and reflection. This combination guides you toward a state of integration, balance, and tranquility.

Additionally, the practice includes pranayama and meditation, helping to deepen inner connection and bring mental serenity. The focus is on proper alignment and mindful breathing, enhancing the effectiveness of each posture and cultivating physical and mental discipline, enabling you to face challenges with greater confidence and calmness.

Morning Vinyasa

Dynamic. Balanced.

Make your mornings a moment for yourself, where body, mind, and spirit align in perfect harmony. Morning Vinyasa is a practice designed to activate your energy, strengthen your body, and begin each day with clarity and purpose.

Through fluid movements synchronized with breath, this class helps you gently awaken, release accumulated tension, and revitalize your entire being. We begin with gentle stretches to prepare the body, continue with dynamic sequences that strengthen and energize, and end with pranayama techniques and a short meditation that give you clarity and focus to face the day.

More than a class, Morning Vinyasa is a transformative ritual that invites you to begin each day by connecting with yourself. It is an ideal practice for all levels, designed to recharge your energy, balance your mind, and fill you with intention from the first breath.

Somatic Vinyasa

Vigorous. Transformative.

This Vinyasa class, inspired by somatic practices, offers an experience that goes beyond traditional yoga postures by incorporating mobility exercises designed to strengthen, open, and soften the body. The primary focus is on the internal sensation of movement, allowing each posture to be experienced from within rather than forcing the body into an idealized external shape.

What sets this class apart is the integration of moments of improvisation within the postures. These spaces encourage deeper self-awareness and connection to the body’s true needs in the moment, creating a natural and personalized flow.

This approach nurtures a more intuitive practice, where individuals can explore their movement without rigid expectations. This internal connection not only transforms our relationship with the body but also has the potential to influence how we move and present ourselves in the world.

Yin Yoga

Calming. Restorative.

Inspired by the principles of Taoism and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yin Yoga works with the body’s energetic meridians to balance the flow of chi (vital energy) and promote holistic well-being. It focuses on deeply stretching the body and targeting the fascial connective tissues, offering the perfect balance to the more dynamic and energetic Yang-style practices.

In a Yin class, poses are performed on the floor and held for 3 to 5 minutes, allowing for deep work on the joints and ligaments while simultaneously relaxing and softening the muscles.

Yin Yoga is profoundly therapeutic, making it ideal for highly active individuals, regular yoga practitioners, and anyone seeking to release tension and stiffness in their body.
