Vinyasa is an invitation to push your limits, discover an inner source of energy, and experience a profound connection between body, mind, and breath.
This class combines the fluidity and harmony of movement with the breath, synchronizing each posture with inhalation and exhalation. With a primary focus on mobility, it aims to strengthen and increase flexibility throughout the body. At the end of the session, 10 to 15 minutes are dedicated to Nidra, a deep relaxation technique that employs rotations of consciousness.
Each session emphasizes the importance of proper alignment, mindful breathing, and the integration of yogic relaxation. Through this practice, you’ll develop greater physical and mental discipline, empowering you to face challenges with a more positive and centered attitude.
