We invite you to a special evening where we will explore the practice of Tao in Movement and Harmonic Sounds—an ancient combination of mindful movement, deep breathing, and vibrational sound.
In this session, we will work with the Taoist principle of internal alchemy: rising water, descending fire.
A subtle connection to balance summer energy, soothe the heart, and strengthen our inner root.
When the fire of the heart rises excessively, it can cause agitation, anxiety, and insomnia.
When the water of the kidneys weakens, we may lack softness, energy, and clarity.
Through gentle Qigong movements, the vibrational power of Tibetan singing bowls, and conscious breathing, we will move Qi to cool the mind, calm the heart, and reconnect with our vital energy.
What Will We Do?
- Return to our center through Tao in movement: a fusion of Yin Yoga & Qigong.
- Learn about Water and Fire alchemy from Chinese Medicine.
- Feel vibrational sound in every cell.
- Create a space for listening, stillness, and reconnection.
Tao Yin Guided by Alicia Gutiérrez
Alicia is a holistic therapist, medicine woman, and guide in ancestral practices that harmonize body, mind, and energy. She has trained in Mexico, Costa Rica, Switzerland, and Barcelona, integrating yoga, Qigong, Chinese Medicine, vibrational sound therapy, and mindfulness.
Summer is a time of expansion, but it also invites us to care for our inner balance.
