Workshop structure
Opening: Creation of an altar with personal intentions and a brief reflection on the symbolism of “root and expansion.”
Pranayama: Kapalabhati and pelvic breathing to activate energy and center attention.
Body preparation: A fluid sequence of joint mobility and adapted Sun Salutations to gradually open the hips.
Main practice: Guided and progressive exploration of Eka Pada Rajakapotasana, using props, variations, and personalized adjustments for each body.
Integration and closing: Savasana and meditation focused on releasing and connecting with the inner sense of openness.

This workshop has been created by Natalia Rosales, a yoga teacher with over 7 years of experience, with the intention of offering you a deep, inspiring, and accessible practice that helps you explore your own physical and emotional “leaps” from a place of trust and care.
