Conscious Movement & Wild Plants

Movement · Stillness · Connection with Nature

The autumn equinox marks a threshold: a moment of balance between light and darkness, a turning point from the expansive energy of summer toward the inward call of winter.

Just as trees shed their leaves to nourish the forest floor and flowers turn into seeds, we too are invited to follow nature’s rhythms— to reflect on what we’ve harvested, release what is ready to go, and quietly plant what might take root in the darker months ahead.

A retreat to slow down and listen—to the body, the land, and the gentle rhythm of the season.

What Will We Experience?

This retreat offers a space to align with seasonal patterns. We’ll walk through the forest, observe wild autumn plants, and learn how they can support and nourish us—as food, as medicine, and as teachers.

Through yoga, somatic movement, and stillness in silence, we’ll cultivate a deep state of listening—to the body, the earth, and what is shifting within us.

This is an invitation to remember your innate belonging to the natural world, and the wisdom that arises when we move with its cycles.

Morning Meditation

Each morning begins in quiet presence, guided breathing, and stillness to awaken your awareness.

Botanical Walk & Herbal Remedies Workshop

Conscious foraging of local medicinal plants and crafting a personalized natural remedy with your own hands.

Vinyāsa Practice

Morning energy-activating sessions to awaken the body, cultivate vitality, and root movement in breath.

Somatic Yoga

A gentle, introspective, and deeply restorative practice connecting to the nervous system, breath, and sensory intelligence of the body.

Herbal Infusion Ritual at Sunset

A space to awaken the senses and learn directly from the plants through taste and presence.
