Just as nature finds its pauses to restore its rhythm, this retreat offers you a space to return to yourself with gentleness and mindful awareness.

For a few days, we will leave behind the noise, the rush, and the demands of everyday life, stepping into a simpler and more conscious rhythm.

In the heart of Empordà, in a traditional country house surrounded by a landscape that supports and embraces, we will create the perfect setting to rest and reconnect. Through moments of silence, mindful movement, and spacious calm, you will open the space your body and mind need to reset and renew.

We will explore presence, clarity, and equanimity through the philosophy of yoga and the practice of the Jivamukti Yoga method, always with a respectful, warm, and accessible approach.

A peaceful environment, a small group, and attentive guidance will support you in living a deeply transformative experience.

What will you experience?

This retreat invites you to attune to the energy of spring: a time of gentle expansion, renewal, and clarity.

We will walk through the forests surrounding the country house, observing how everything begins to bloom again and allowing that same impulse of rebirth to find space within you.

Through yoga and conscious stillness, we will cultivate deep listening—to the body, to the breath, and to the natural shifts that emerge with the new season.

This is a space to reconnect with nature, slow down, and fully inhabit the present moment. You will find calm, clarity, and a supportive environment as you restore your balance and expansion.

Welcome Circle
An opening space to arrive, get to know one another, share intentions, and begin the retreat from a place of presence. Together, we create the atmosphere of trust and softness that will support the entire weekend.

Breathing & Poetry at Dusk
An intimate closing for the first day: guided breathwork, stillness, and selected readings to help slow down and enter a state of reflection and calm.

Morning Meditation
Each day begins with guided silence to connect with yourself, your breath, and the energy of the day. A moment to inhabit the present through stillness.

XL Jivamukti Yoga Class
A complete practice integrating movement, breath, intention, and mindful awareness. An experience designed to awaken the body, expand energy, and cultivate clarity and presence.

Free Time & Conscious Rest
Spacious moments to walk, read, rest, sit in silence, or simply allow the surroundings to do their work. Time for the practice to settle and integrate.

Experimental Yoga
A space to explore movement from a different perspective—creative, sensory, and curious. An invitation to listen to the body without expectations and discover new ways of inhabiting it.

Restore & Renew
A restorative practice to relax the nervous system, release tension, and create space for deep rest. Gentle postures, support, stillness, and breath.

Dinner in Silence
An experience of savoring food with full presence. An opportunity to connect with the act of nourishment without rush, grounded in calm.

Mantra Chanting
A meditative practice through voice and sound. A shared group experience that uplifts, unites, and fills the space with vibration and collective energy.

Walking Meditation in Nature
A silent walk through the forests surrounding the country house, moving in rhythm with the breath and observing how nature awakens in spring. A way to integrate body, movement, and landscape.

Closing Circle
A final moment to share what has been lived, integrate the experience, and say goodbye from a place of presence and gratitude.

Facilitators
Diletta Trinari and Carolina Sánchez

The retreat will be guided by Diletta Trinari and Carolina Sánchez, two 800-hour certified Jivamukti Yoga teachers who share the practice from a place of warmth, respect, and deep humanity.

Diletta understands yoga as a path to deepen awareness, respect, stability, and resilience—without losing creativity or a sense of play. Her teaching creates a safe and inspiring space where each person can fully grow and develop at their own pace.

Carolina discovered yoga in 2017 and found in Jivamukti a method aligned with her heart. Since then, yoga has transformed the way she relates to animals, people, and nature, and she shares this practice as a path of awareness, compassion, and respect for all beings. For her, the practice is a path to liberation.

The House: Mas Dàlia

Mas Dàlia is a restored 19th-century farmhouse located in the heart of Baix Empordà (Girona). Surrounded by fields, forests, and country paths, it offers a peaceful setting to rest and unwind — a refuge where nature sets the rhythm.

Cozy bedrooms, welcoming common areas, a swimming pool, garden, and outdoor corners complete this serene environment.

Conscious Cuisine

During the retreat, we will enjoy vegan cuisine prepared by a local chef, using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.

Simple, flavorful dishes thoughtfully crafted to nourish the body, support the practice, and connect with the rhythm of the earth.

Pricing and Reservations

Mas Dàlia offers five bedrooms: three twin rooms with single beds, one double room with a queen-size bed, and one quadruple room.

All rooms have a private bathroom and have been thoughtfully designed to provide rest, comfort, and tranquility throughout your stay.

Choose the room type that best suits you:

Quadruple room (4 single beds): €460 (price per person)

Double room (1 double bed – 2 people): €480 (price per person

Twin room (2 single beds): €480 (price per person)

Twin room with private terrace (2 single beds): €495 (price per person)

 

The price includes: all retreat activities, accommodation, and full board.

How to get there without a car

If you don’t have your own vehicle, you can easily travel from Barcelona to Flaçà by Rodalies train. From Flaçà, we can arrange a taxi service — the farmhouse is just a short drive away.

To secure your booking, the payment is divided into two parts:

– The remaining 50% before May 21
