Breathwork <br> Release and Reconnect

This gentle breathwork practice, inspired by feminine energy, invites you to release stored tension and trauma, allowing emotions to arise naturally and flow freely.

We’ll work with the In_Breath technique, developed by Catalina Rojas, which consists of a conscious, connected breath — inhaling and exhaling through the mouth without pauses or retention. Through this fluid, mindful, and compassionate breathing, you’ll reconnect with yourself, create space for self-reflection, and cultivate a deep sense of calm.

The practice includes 45–60 minutes of active breathing, followed by an integration phase to process and embody the sensations and emotions that may surface.

By the end of the session, you’ll feel more grounded and in tune with your inner energy. This is a safe and supportive environment, where you’ll be gently guided to soften, open, and breathe fully — leaving more aligned and connected to yourself.

What to Expect

  • Pregnancy (you can still join with a softer version — meditation with nasal breathing)

  • High or low blood pressure

  • Heart conditions

  • Recent surgery

  • Epilepsy

  • People under active psychiatric treatment

Led by Verena Sauerland

Verena is a yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator devoted to creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves through the power of the breath.

Her practice, rooted in years of exploration and study across Nepal, India, and Barcelona, deepened her understanding of both ancient and modern approaches to embodiment and awareness and weaves ancient wisdom with heartfelt presence.

Since 2015, she has been walking the path of yoga and breath, and since 2017, she’s been sharing it with others. Trained in 200 hours of Hatha Yoga, 300 hours of Jivamukti Yoga, and Breathwork Facilitation with Catalina Rojas, her approach blends structure and surrender, movement and stillness, body and soul. In her classes and workshops, the breath becomes a sacred doorway—a bridge to presence, awareness, and deep self-connection.

Each session invites you to soften into your body, release what no longer serves, and remember the wholeness that has always been within you. Come breathe, move, and come home to yourself.
