Acceptance
By accessing this website, you fully and unreservedly accept these Terms and Conditions of use, including our Privacy and Cookies Policy, in its updated version, as well as any additional notice, regulation, or instruction communicated by Blossom Yoga Studio that modifies or complements these terms.
Blossom Yoga Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time for legal, technical, website changes, or internal decisions. In the event of changes, Blossom Yoga Studio may announce the modifications, and continued use of the site will be considered as acceptance of these changes.
Users declare they are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms and Conditions.
Services
Blossom Yoga Studio offers classes, therapies, and workshops.
Yoga Subscriptions
The selected monthly fee will be charged on the first day of each month via direct debit. In case of a returned payment, the client will be responsible for a €20 bank fee.
Classes must be used within the current month and cannot be rolled over to subsequent months.
Changing Rates or Canceling
You may modify your rate or cancel at any time by emailing contacto@blossomyogastudio.es at least 10 days before your contract ends.
If you cancel and later decide to return, a re-enrollment fee of €50 will apply.
Maintenance Fee
If you cannot attend for a month, notify us, and we will apply a €20 maintenance fee. After that month, your rate will revert to the standard fee.
Booking Policy
Advance booking is required for classes and workshops.
Bookings can be made up to 3 days in advance via the website or app. Phone or email bookings are not accepted.
Reserved classes must be prepaid via credit card or direct debit.
80% of class spots are available for online booking, with the remaining 20% for walk-ins. Walk-ins are first-come, first-served if reserved attendees do not confirm their presence 5 minutes before class starts.
Class Cancellation Policies
● Paid and unused classes are non-refundable.
● Cancel at least 2 hours before class to have it credited for future use.
● Late cancellations or no-shows with limited class passes (e.g., 5 or 10 passes) will lose that session.
Workshop Cancellations Policies
● Canceling 2 weeks in advance: 75% refund.
● Canceling 1 week in advance: 50% refund.
● Canceling with less than 1 week’s notice: no refund.
Retreat Cancellations Policies
Each retreat is organized with care and dedication. By reserving your spot, you occupy a space that we won’t be able to offer to someone else.
● If you cancel your attendance 8 weeks in advance, 75% of the amount will be refunded.
● If you cancel 4 weeks in advance, 50% will be refunded.
● If you cancel less than 4 weeks in advance, no refund will be issued.
● Once the retreat has started: if you leave early, no refund will be issued.
● Payments are non-transferable: payments made cannot be transferred to another person.
Therapies and Massage Cancellations Policies
You may modify or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. After this deadline, no changes or refunds will be possible, and a 100% penalty will be applied, in accordance with our cancellation policy. Cancellations within the established period are entitled to a full refund.
If you need to modify or cancel your booking, you have a 12-month period from the first cancellation to use the reserved service. If you don’t use the booking within that period, you will lose 100% of the amount paid.
Health Conditions
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or mobility needs during booking so we can adapt the service accordingly.
Personal Belongings
Blossom Yoga Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. It is recommended to store valuables in the provided lockers.

There is no minimum membership commitment at Blossom Yoga. You can join and leave as many times as you need. The annual fee includes two months of registration-free cancellation. During those two months, a maintenance fee of €20 will apply. If the cancellation exceeds two months, you will be required to pay the registration fee, which costs €50.
Blossom Yoga Studio Contract and Rules
Signing this contract formalizes the student’s enrollment and implies acceptance of Blossom Yoga Studio’s rules, located at C/Bailèn 63, Local 2, 08009 Barcelona. These rules are designed to promote harmony and proper functioning within the studio.
Enrollment at Blossom Yoga Studio will be completed via this form. The chosen class fee will be charged to the credit card or bank account provided by the client. In case of a returned payment without prior cancellation notice, the student will have two weeks to make the payment, with a 10% surcharge.
Payments are made on a monthly basis.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing to contacto@blossomyoga.com at least 10 days before the end of the month. Otherwise, the corresponding fee will continue to be charged.
Temporary leave can only be requested once a year. Once the month of leave ends, the previously active rate will automatically resume.
Blossom Yoga Studio is not responsible for any possible injuries or damages that may occur during practice.
Classes start punctually, and no entry will be allowed once they have begun.
Please turn off your mobile phone and keep your voice low inside Blossom Yoga Studio to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
Students are responsible for returning equipment (mats, blocks, blankets, etc.) in good condition after use.
All these rules are established to ensure the proper functioning of the studio and the well-being of all our students.
Data Protection Information
Data Controller: In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) [EU 2016/679], we inform you that the data you provide will be incorporated into and processed within the files owned by Blossom Yoga Studio.
Purpose of data processing: The data collected will be used to manage the contracted services, keep you informed about yoga activities and services that may interest you, and to send our monthly newsletter, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Blossom Yoga Studio may share information with banking entities for the purpose of managing fee payments.
Data sharing: You agree that your data may be shared with service providers such as marketing-related providers.
