Blossom Yoga Studio offers classes, therapies, and workshops.<\/p>\n
The selected monthly fee will be charged on the first day of each month via direct debit. In case of a returned payment, the client will be responsible for a \u20ac20 bank fee.<\/p>\n
Classes must be used within the current month and cannot be rolled over to subsequent months.<\/p>\n
You may modify your rate or cancel at any time by emailing contacto@blossomyogastudio.es at least 10 days before your contract ends.<\/p>\n
If you cancel and later decide to return, a re-enrollment fee of \u20ac50<\/strong> will apply.<\/p>\n If you cannot attend for a month, notify us, and we will apply a \u20ac20 maintenance fee. After that month, your rate will revert to the standard fee.<\/p>\n Advance booking is required for classes and workshops.<\/p>\n Bookings can be made up to 3 days in advance via the website or app. Phone or email bookings are not accepted.<\/p>\n Reserved classes must be prepaid via credit card or direct debit.<\/p>\n 80% of class spots are available for online booking, with the remaining 20% for walk-ins. Walk-ins are first-come, first-served if reserved attendees do not confirm their presence 5 minutes before class starts.<\/p>\n \u25cf Paid and unused classes are non-refundable. \u25cf Canceling 2 weeks in advance: 75% refund. At Blossom, we aim to offer clarity, care, and flexibility whenever possible. By reserving your spot, you occupy a space that we won\u2019t be able to offer to someone else.<\/span><\/p>\n \u25cf If you cancel your attendance 8 weeks in advance, 75% of the amount will be refunded.<\/span> \u00a0You may modify or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. After this deadline, no changes or refunds will be possible, and a 100% penalty will be applied, in accordance with our cancellation policy. Cancellations within the established period are entitled to a full refund.<\/span><\/p>\n If you need to modify or cancel your booking, you have a 12-month period from the first cancellation to use the reserved service. You can join and leave as many times as you need. The annual fee includes two months of registration-free cancellation. During those two months, a maintenance fee of \u20ac20<\/strong> will apply. If the cancellation exceeds two months, you will be required to pay the registration fee, which costs \u20ac50<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Signing this contract formalizes the student\u2019s enrollment and implies acceptance of Blossom Yoga Studio’s rules, located at C\/Bail\u00e8n 63, Local 2, 08009 Barcelona. These rules are designed to promote harmony and proper functioning within the studio.<\/span><\/p>\n Enrollment at Blossom Yoga Studio will be completed via this form. The chosen class fee will be charged to the credit card or bank account provided by the client.
